Please pay careful attention to all the job requires that you must do, and then check the base salary? This position is catered for someone specifically and this is how they are normally worded. It would be no surprise that an expat work has been identified to fill this position and therefore the advert is so specific with much details. The commission rates were not mentioned and as they form part of the salary they should be identified in the advert. Remember you also pay pension on your commissions earned.

Seeks a Sales/Operations Administrator
General Description:

Provide Sales and Operation Administration to the business unit for web based service products. Provide ongoing Sales and Operations support and Administration to ensure growth and expansion of the business unit. Coordinate unit sales and marketing, develop sales team and provide for ongoing training and management, supervise clerical personnel as business unit grows. Assist, working closely with the Sales Director, to develop and maintain budgets. Work extensively to create both written and visual content and graphics using software such as Photoshop, proprietary software and the Microsoft Office suite of products. Serve as the hub for monitoring all tasks being performed by all other team members. This is not a trainee position. This position requires a seasoned professional with many years of experience and skills as listed below:

Main Job Function/Tasks – Oversees sales and operations administration for web based service products with emphasis on marketing and focusing on sales of web based services and the development of both written and visual content and graphics as well as multiple avenues of developing source leads for the sales staff within the business unit

• Develop targeted goals for the business unit and ensure they are reached through a comprehensive strategic planning and review process
• Oversee daily operations of the business unit of the company and its particular special needs
• Create, develop, implement and monitor marketing methods, ensure those are maintained, monitor and provide statistical analysis on the results and provide other marketing methodologies, implementation of same and monitoring of same, providing analysis of results on a weekly and monthly basis
• Develop and create content for the various internet sites and monitor on a regular basis to ensure that it is fresh and accurate utilizing such tools as Photoshop, Publisher, and Social Media tools such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and proprietary software
• Recruit and train new Sales Agents working with the Sales Director and the Human Resources Director
• Perform daily bookkeeping functions using QuickBooks systems and work with accounting team or Sales Director to ensure budgetary guidelines are met and complied with
• Work with individual sales agents as they are added to the team to ensure compliance with budgetary goals
• Work with and coordinate with Human Resources in recruitment efforts to expand the business and oversee this expansion and administer all aspects of the operations of same
• Attend weekly meetings, minute same and ensure all tasks by all team members are meeting all deadlines and goals and targets set
• Work with end users to ensure they are in compliance with site and perform customer service functions for these users
• Ensure compliance with all government reporting requirements
• Develop, implement and administer projects as assigned including special events and campaigns while maintaining budgetary goals

Minimum Requirements:
• Minimum of three years experience in either a web based environment or real estate and development environment with emphasis on administrative and special project coordination. Strong Administrative background in a fast paced multi-tasking goal oriented background is essential
• A background in either print media or internet media would be of benefit
• Solid knowledge of QuickBooks is required
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal as well as strong grammatical and editorial skills are essential
• Strong knowledge of Photoshop, Adobe, Publisher and other graphic programs is absolutely essential to the role
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook including demonstrated experience in performing mass mail outs and deliverables in regards to statistical analysis of the results of same is mandatory
• Experience with web based services and knowledge and understanding of the back end of websites and database management is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of social media programs and their utilization in marketing in a dynamic environment is required including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and others as identified
• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a fast paced, changing, dynamic environment and willingness to grow with a business unit in a 24/7 environment is mandatory
• Ability to work outside of normal business hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays to meet targets and goals is mandatory
• Ability to drive with a clean driving record and own transportation is mandatory
• Ability to travel throughout the Caribbean region on short notice is mandatory

This position offers a base pay in the range of CI $2,500 per month plus an attractive commission package. In addition vacation, pension and health insurance are provided within the guidelines of local laws. To apply for this opportunity please provide the following:
